This is to inform all K L University I, II, III, IV B.Tech, B.Com, MBA, M. Tech, Law, Visual Communication, BHM, BA (IAS) students and PhD scholars that the Department of Physical Education will be conducting Intramural Games and Sports both Boy & Girls for the Academic Year 2016-17 as follows”.
- For Boy & Girls Events start from à 02 - 01 – 2017.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Registrations start from à 19 – 12 – 2016.
2) Last date for receiving entries à 23 – 12 – 2016.
3) Fixtures display in Notice Board at Indoor Stadium on 26 - 12-16 at 1:00 PM
4) Students who wish to participate in the games, register their names & teams list
at Department of Physical Education
5) Matches conducting timing from: 4.00 PM to 6.00 PM
6) Cricket matches timing 8.00 AM to 6.00 PM (only Saturday & Sunday)
IMP. NOTE: * Regarding attendance those who want to participate in the tournaments they should take prior permission from their Dept HOD.
NOTE: - Team events Rules & regulations for
- Girls - I Year to IV Year each department one team is allowed to participate.
- Boys - I Year to II Year each department one team is allowed to participate.
- Boys - III Year to IV Year each department one team is allowed to participate.
