RULES
AND REGULATIONS:
·
This film festival is open for students only,
no professionals are allowed to participate.
·
Registration fee per movie is Rs
300/-
·
Registration fee should be sent in the form
of a DD in favor ofSAMYAK.
·
Last date for submitting the DVDs is 24th Feb’15.
·
Movies shot in 2014 and 2015 are
only eligible for the competition.
·
It is mandatory that every
participant of a team sends their college ID proof
along with the DVDs.
·
These movies need to be uploaded in you tube
and last date for submitting the online application form is 22nd Feb’15.
·
Duration of the short film must be not more
than 20 minutes.
·
It is mandatory to fill the online form.
·
The synopsis of the video and the
registration forms filled accompany the DVDs sent to
us.
·
Plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
·
Certificates will be provided to all
registered participants.
·
Your Short films will be judged on the basis
of screenplay, direction and picture quality.
·
Participants will be intimated through phone
or by e-mail if their movie is short listed
·
Once registered money will not be refunded in
any circumstances.
·
A maximum of 3 participants can
come along with the person on whose name the short film was enrolled.
